Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22499

Hi all, last Wednesday Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22499 to the Dev Channel. Clipboard History is fixed! Had some strange performance issues with Edge on this build but they seem resolved after installing the pipeline test update 22499.1010 released on Friday.
